CEO/Director of Sales & Marketing
Lori A. Manns  has been a marketing and sales professional for over 20 years. The company was formed in 2009 after Ms. Manns recognized a strong need for an agency that understood the sensitive needs for small to mid size businesses looking to expand their footprint in the market place no matter the industry. Prior to founding Quality Media Consultant Group, she was Senior Account Manager for two of the largest Radio Groups in the country for 16 years. Ms. Manns worked with CBS Radio-Atlanta for 13 years and Cox Radio for 3 years. Ms. Manns also has career sales and marketing experience with  WYHY Radio-Nashville, Superior Cable, The Women’s Yellow Pages and The Democratic National Convention.

Ms. Manns is an expert at developing multi-media marketing and advertising campaigns designed to produce a profitable return on investment. She is an accomplished and skilled sales professional known for building key strategic partnerships both locally and nationally.

Ms. Manns has extensive experience developing key strategic marketing and advertising campaigns for Fortune 100 Companies. Her experience in selling radio, print, events, internet and cable TV provides her a wealth of knowledge in various mediums. In addition, she also has free-lance media buying experience with various clients in the top 100 U.S. markets.

Karen Babino, Vice President of Advertising

Karen Babino has been a Georgia resident for 15 years. She is an experienced marketing professional, skilled media liaison and international consultant who has held career positions with Fox TV, The United Nations, The Japan Ministry of Education/ Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, The Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce; Jamaica and St. Joseph’s Health System-Atlanta.

Ms. Babino brings over 15 years of successful marketing and management experience as well as a global perspective to Quality Media Consultant Group. Karen is known for having a keen ability of marrying business savvy and international relations.

Lanii Thomas, Vice President of Communications

Lanii Thomas is a native of Chicago, Illinois but a long time resident of Atlanta for over 15 years. Ms. Thomas is an award winning media and PR professional as well as journalist. She brings nearly 15 years of public relations, marketing and communications strategy experience to Quality Media Consultant Group.

For seven years, Ms. Thomas led the media relations team at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport as Senior PR Manager. Under her leadership, the Airport received numerous awards including the following categories; Video & Film Projects, Web-Sites, and PR campaigns from Airports Council International in 2003. Ms. Thomas has also held career positions with WSB TV, WSB-AM and NBC Network Affiliate in FLorida.  Ms Thomas specializes in developing and implementing marketing communications plans for both public and private sector. Ms. Thomas has extensive experience in media relations, commercial copy writing, web content and imaging, brand development, video production and crisis communications.
