Why I’m different than the rest…

My faith in God gives me an unshakable belief in myself because I am a King’s daughter. I am a student of success and believe in surrounding myself with like-minded people. The thing that sets me apart is that fact that I’m a “people builder”  and “wordsmith” which means I am able to quickly identify the brilliant, unique and undeniable gifts and skills™ in you to enhance your personal brand (or company brand) and help you create the brand messaging to connect with your target audience so you can achieve trailblazing success. I have created proven systems that will help you get results. My passion for wanting to help you embrace excellence and your unique quality to become a trailblazer is 100% for real.   My gift is the keen ability to help my clients create a magnetic brand position supported by strategic thinking, memorable and electrifying creative that highlights their product or service above the pack. I like to do this in a very NON-TRADITIONAL way. I don’t use elaborate advertising or marketing budgets or  overpriced production. I will help you achieve more results at a reasonable price in a shorter amount of time. I care about your bottom-line and getting results for your business. My goal is to coach entrepreneurs and small business owners to have a fruitful and profitable business as well as the flexibility and freedom to enjoy life on their own terms.

How it all started…

Quality Media Consultant Group was formed in 2009 after I left a 20 year career in the media industry. My clients were from every type of business out there, from corporate, small business to mom and pop. The one thing I realized was that no matter what industry or what type of client it was, they all had the same universal challenge, getting more customers consistently. However, many smaller business owners had NO clue about how to get their message out there. I knew I had to do something. After working in the radio industry for  19 years as a Senior Account Manager, I knew I had the expertise, creativity and skillset to help entrepreneurs and business owners to get better results when it came to advertising, marketing and sales strategies. Therefore, I set out to learn as much as I could about entrepreneurship and small business success. I invested thousands of dollars in coaching and training to grow my knowledge of entrepreneurship so that I could couple that with over two decades of media, marketing and sales experience to help people, JUST LIKE YOU!!! Allow me to shorten your learning curve and save you precious time and money as you grow and scale your business!

My story is simple…I love all things media, marketing and sales. As a little girl I was always fascinated with the news and wanted to be a journalist. I majored in Mass Communications at Auburn University- Montgomery, because I loved how media was and is used to shape the world we live in.  If you think about it, we receive thousands of marketing and advertising messages on a daily basis.  The key is to get your message to stand out from the crowd.  I can help you with that!  Shortly after college I realized that sales and marketing was my forte.   I am a corporate chic turned entrepreneur.  I understand BIG budget marketing and advertising as well as shoe string budget! I have worked with Fortune 500 corporations to develop and implement communications strategy, targeted marketing campaigns and branded events. Being a business consultant and strategist with expertise in diverse areas, allows me to use my God-given gifts and talents in a meaningful way. I am equipped to teach you marketing,  advertising and sales strategies that produce measurable results for my clients.  I LOVE WHAT I DO.  And that’s why I’d love to share what I know, to help you grow!

It was a natural transition for me. I spent most of my career working in corporate America, where I was an advertising, marketing and sales account manager for two of the largest radio groups in the USA.  I helped many Fortune 500 companies by creating marketing plans and advertising campaigns that generated millions of dollars. However, my passion was always small business owners who were trying to navigate entrepreneurship and become successful. I wanted to teach them that marketing could make the difference between a struggling business and a thriving business.

I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners, who are purpose-driven and have a drive and vision for success. What most of my clients have in common is that they are searching for creative ways to grow their businesses, add more income streams and make plans to scale. They realize they can achieve their goals through effective marketing, advertising and sales strategies. My clients also have come to the realization that they need expert coaching and consulting and that’s where I come in. Although, I service entrepreneurs or large corporations, the majority of my clients are entrepreneurs and small business owners  from a variety of industries.

I have helped my clients achieve hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue across many different industries. I personally believe that my services are not industry specific.  Most of t he principles I teach relating to marketing, advertising and sales can apply to any industry. More than likely, I have worked with people in your field. However, if I haven’t, you are not at a disadvantage. Let me explain. People in your field probably want the same things for their business…that is, to get more clients, more brand visibility and make more money. That’s where I can help. I bring a fresh and different approach and can help to give you best practices by attracting the right customers for your business.
Although we may sometimes discuss on business management or other coach-oriented topics, primarily you will work with me as a marketing and sales success coach. Marketing and sales are the two most important aspects that will allow you to GROW your business. I predominantly work with small to mid size businesses so I am able to LASER focus and help you get RESULTS for what works best for those types of businesses. Because I offer marketing strategy combined with insightful planning and implementation advice, my clients get great results and save a ton of time, money and unnecessary frustration. Plus, I like to LAUGH (Teehee), have fun and make the work a rewarding, enjoyable experience. I  enjoy open and honest communication and I will always honor you by operating in integrity.
Please understand, I am very selective about who I work with and I hand pick my clients. I believe having a business full of ideal clients is absolutely essential. I choose to gently turn away people who are not perfect for my programs and won’t get the results for which they may have signed up for. After all, it wouldn’t be fair to them. The Trailblazer Business Academy™ and other highly focused training programs that are offered here at QMC Group, are not for everyone, especially those who are in financial crisis or do not have consistent revenue. It’s been my experience that people in financial crisis do not trust the recommendations I give them and do not do the work necessary to move toward success. With that said, if you fall into this category, it’s O.K. We all have been there at some point. My recommendation to you would be the following:

  1. Sign up for my bi- weekly Ezine (newsletter) entitled: Business News In A Flash (the link is below). You will get helpful tips, tools and resources delivered right to your email inbox on how to grow your business.
  2. Get social with me. Subscribe to my YouTube channel. Follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked and Google+, I often offer my followers, discounts on my programs and resources plus expert business advice. I also sometimes give away scholarships to my events so you’ll want to look out for that.
  3. Finally, I don’t work well with skeptics or whiners or people who blame others for their situation. I tend to work best with people who are go-getters and want the best for themselves and are willing to take a “no-excuses” approach to do what it takes to achieve the success and life of their dreams!
